Visiting Force Labo 2016.12.24
Visited Force Labo during open track time, and got to run 5 lane track for the first time! All day pass was 2100JPY- and well worth it. Afternoon, the racers in attendance spent most time building and tuning. Everyone was very kind to me, though focused on their work... Two large tracks - 5 lane track composed from Japan Cup 2016 components- notably, the vertical lane change was switched with rainbow changer. The 3 lane track was a KILLER technical course, designed to bang you left and right, just after landing jumps. I was unable to complete a full 3 laps with the builds I brought- I could learn a lot tuning for that track :) Many people use flexible damper systems, some varieties were truly extreme for the fastest racers. Everyone here was very fast! I was the slowest today, and learned a LOT. Incredible scene, I look forward to returning to Yokohama with faster cars!
