2mm washer reduction - simple
Reducing washer outer dimension for use in floating gear systems. Tamiya regulation legal, and much cheaper than taking apart motors to get the plastic ring... (Motors are hard to get where I live). The important tool: Rotary Tool Mandrel (usually used for cut off disks) I used a hand drill (slow speed), and a file. Proxxon/Drenel should also work, at slow speed.
